HOW DO THE ‘POSTAL PETS' SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

WHAT DO I GET IN THE SUBSCRIPTION?

You’ll receive six author-signed paperback books. The first book will be posted within a week of purchase. The rest of the books will be sent, one book per month, in reading order, at the beginning of the month.

WHAT ELSE WILL I GET?

Ooh, great question. You’ll receive a bonus extra with every book. It might be a bookmark, a colouring sheet, a sticker… or even a letter from a character! If you choose the ‘Extra’ Subscription plan, one of your bonus extras will be a good quality Pet Sitters tote bag.

WHAT IS THE PET SITTERS TOTE BAG LIKE?

The Pet Sitters tote bags are made out of good quality 100% cotton canvas with double carry handles and a roomy interior. The bag measures 34 cm from top to bottom, is 35 cm wide and is 6 cm deep. Perfect for use as a general tote or keep it aside for use as a library bag.

HOW MUCH DO THE ‘POSTAL PETS’ SUBSCRIPTIONS COST?

The Postal Pets ‘Purr-fect’ Subscription costs $84. Payment options include: Pay Monthly — the first book fee of $14 is paid immediately, together with the first of five monthly $14 instalments. Or Pay Once —Keep it simple and enjoy a $5 discount, making your total $79.

The Postal Pets ‘Extra’ Subscription costs $108. Payment options include: Pay Monthly — the first book fee of $18 is paid immediately, together with the first of five monthly $18 instalments. Or Pay Once —Keep it simple and enjoy a $5 discount, making your total $103.

ARE THE ‘POSTAL PETS’ SUBSCRIPTIONS GOOD VALUE?

We think so! We’ve added up the cost of six paperback books, six bonus extras and postage costs, and saved you 15% on each subscription plan. Plus, you can’t put a value on the excitement of your young reader, knowing they’ll receive a fantastic story at the beginning of every month!

WHEN WILL THE BOOKS ARRIVE?

The first book in the series will be posted within a week of your order. After that, you’ll receive a new book and bonus extra at the beginning of every month.

DO YOU USE A SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSOR?

Yes! We’re using the PayThen portal which is connected to our secure payment processor, Stripe, which is a widely used, gold standard payment processor.

CAN I CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION, CHANGE MY DETAILS OR GET A RECEIPT?

Absolutely. You can manage your subscription at any time through the PayThen Portal. You’ll find it here.

WHERE DO YOU POST TO?

Pet Sitters Subscriptions are available to Australian postal addresses only, simply because the cost of international postage is prohibitive. If you’re outside Australia and you’d like to purchase Pet Sitters paperbacks, we suggest getting them from Amazon here.
